Professional photographer and vlogger?

Hello my fellow readers! There's something I need to tell you: I will be climbing the highest mountain in Malaysia -- Mount Kinabalu in a week's time! Therefore, I went to buy the new GoPro HERO4 Silver to vlog throughout the whole trip!

Here are the gadgets that I bought with my GoPro:

GoPro HERO4 Silver + Mount and Accessories
The HERO4 Silver captures 1080p60 and 720p120 video, plus 12MP photos at a staggering 30 frames per second. There are new features in this new GoPro, for example the HiLight Tag, which lets you mark key moments for easy playback, editing and sharing, and QuikCapture, which allows you to power on the camera and start recording with the press of a single button. The HERO4 Silver is also waterproof to 131’ (40m).

There's so many features in this GoPro, but I just can't list all of it down, so here are a few of them:

The new HERO4 Silver has a built-in touch display, enabling you to just swipe the screen and navigate camera menus and change the settings. It also has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, which makes it easier for you to share it with your friends and family anywhere in the world! What's most exciting is the Time Lapse mode feature, because you can just capture a Time Lapse video directly from this HERO4, without spending time in the editing room!

The gadgets I bought together with this HERO4 are: a 360-degree backpack mount, a monopod, an extra battery (because the GoPro itself only has a battery in the package), and two memory cards.

Memory cards, batteries, cables, waterproof and usual screen
The GoPro HERO 4 comes with three different screens: the underwater (40m) screen, the normal waterproof (for uses like swimming pool underwater photos/video) screen, and the usual one that only surrounds the border without covering the screen.

Monopod, mounting screw, 360-degree backpack mount
The 360-degree backpack mount is very useful to me because I will be climbing the mountain while carrying a backpack, so instead of mounting it on my head, I can just clip my GoPro on the strap of my bag! The grips of the clip are definitely very strong, so you don't have to worry whether the HERO4 is going to drop while you're walking!

As for the monopod, it's super useful when you're vlogging or getting a selfie/group photo! You can mount it with any electronic devices such as your smartphone, not just the GoPro.

That's all for now! I'll definitely blog about my trip to Kota Kinabalu and my climb to Mount Kinabalu, so stay tuned! x
